- Mix flour, 150 gm sugar and baking powder in a large bowl
- Beat the eggs after adding vanilla Essence to them in another small bowl
- Deskin and mash the bananas well
- Add the egg batter and melted butter to the flour and whisk well until combined
- Finally add the banana, Choco chips and blend al the ingredients well
- Mix the rest of the sugar to the creme cheese and beat well until smooth
- Grease muffin cups/ cake loaf tray with 1 tablespoon butter
- Layer and spread half the batter in the tray and TOP with cheesecake batter
- Spread the creme cheese well and TOP with rest of the banana flour batter
- Tap the tray on your working board gently,once
- Bake at 200 degree celcius for 15-20 minutes or until done
- Let cool and demould. cut into slices and serve
- Refrigerate the leftovers
