- Heat 3 Tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped onions, green chillies and sautē until onions are translucent. - Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, red chilli powder and stir for 1 mins.
- Then add chopped tomatoes, salt, garam masala and stir. Add Coriander leaves. Put a lid on pan and Cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Now grate boiled egg and add it to the mixture. Cook on low flame for 2 mins more. - Switch off the gas. Yours Egg Ghotala is ready.
- Heat and spread oil evenly on pan. Crack 2 egg and make half fry or full fry omelette. - Add pinch of salt and pinch of red chilli powder on omelette.
