- At first knead the flour with salt and oil and keep aside

- Add moong daal and sweet potato cubes
- Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- Add sugar,tomato and mix well
- Add kasuri methi and remove from oven
- Now add oil in the same pan temper kalonji seeds
- Saute boiled Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder
- Add ginger paste,saute well
- Now add all the masalas saute well
- Add tomato mix well and cover
- Finally add sugar mix well
- Garnish it with kasuri methi and coriander leaves
- Now peel off the parwals roughly and marinate with salt and turmeric powder
- Add oil in the pan and deep fry the parwals,keep aside
- Now take small portion of the kneaded dough and roll into round shape with a rolling pin
- Deep fry these and serve along with dum aloo,sweet potato moong daal fry,fried parwal and a piece of date palm jaggery
