- Firstly take a cake. You can take Readymade dry cake(vanilla or pineapple flavour). I baked cake myself and let it cool and then cut into pieces and keep aside.
- Cut fruits into pieces and keep aside.
- Crush biscuits or cookies. I have used glucose biscuits and keep them aside.
- Now make custard. Add three cups milk and half cup sugar and bring it to boil. Make a paste in a bowl of custard powder with milk at room temperature. Mix it well and add the mixture in a boiling milk and stir it continuously. Make sure lumps does not form and it does not become very thick. Now keep it for cooling.
- Now crush the dry fruits in a grinder or nut cracker which i used so that it should b coarsely crushed not powder. Do keep stirring the custard while cooling so that the thick film on top of that does not form.
- Now take a glass bowl and firstly put the layer of custard then sprinkle the coarsely crushed biscuits and on top of that add crushed dry fruits.
- Now put second layer of custard and on top of that add pieces of cake, on top of that cake add layer if fruits and then crused biscuits and nuts. Againthird layer add custard, on top of that fruits, remaining biscuits and little nuts and then last layer of remaining custard.
- Decorating with remaining dry nuts which are crushed coarsely and then sprinkle blue berries and dry cherries.
- Cover it with a cling film and then keep it in a fridge and let it cool for 4-6 hrs and then serve it.
