In a bowl, combine Nestlé MILKMAID, fresh cream and mango puree. Set it in freezer till half set. Gently fold the mango puree with whipped cream. It should not be mixed vigorously otherwise the cream gets deflated and the ice cream may not turn light.

- Combine the MILKMAID, milk and mango puree in a bowl.
- Whip the cream lightly and fold into the mixture.
- Pour into a icecream box and freeze till half set.
- Remove and beat with a whisk or electric beater until smooth.
- Return to ice cream and freeze till well set.
- Preheat oven.
- In a bowl, add the semolina and baking powder - mix well.
- In another bowl, mix well the melted butter, sugar and mango pulp. Mix everything well.
- Add the butter sugar mango mixture to the semolina and mix until well combined.
- Grease butter in a pan and pour the cake batter.you can also use glass for rings of cake.
- Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes.
- Wait for the cake to cool down.
