- Add 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence and fold in, grease a 6 inch cake tin with butter.
- In the mean time pre heat the oven to 180 degree celsius, pour the cake mix in the tray and bake for 20 -25 mins.
- To check if the cake is baked, insert a clean knife or skewer in the middle of the cake, if it comes out clean means the cake is baked. If not bake for another 5 minutes. *I have an LG microwave convection oven and the Choco- Walnut cake baked in exact 20 minutes.

- Icing - Once the cake is completely cooled, remove and place it on a plate, mix the icing sugar, cocoa powder and water together to a thick consistency.
