- Then take a pan and heat it then add grated coconut, sesame seed,cumin seeds coriander seeds, kasmiri chilli,cloves and fry it for a while until it gives good smell stir it continually so that it does not burn then empty it in a grinder and add little water to make a smooth paste
- Then take a saucepan and heat it add oil in it when oil get heated add green chilli and bay leaves and stire it for 15 sec. Then add chopped onion and keep stirring until it get soft but not brown then add the spice paste and keep stirring until it leaves oil then add the marrianated chicken piceses and stir it until they are coated with spice mix about 5mint.
- Then add water to thin out the mixture for more gravy then add salt and stir once and close the lid and leave it to cook for more few minutes then turn the heat to medium and cook for again 5 to10 minutes until chicken is tender then open the lid and serve the chicken with roti or rice
