- Prepare Cheery / cherry tomatoes
- Get green chillies
- Take shredded coconut
- Get chilli powder

- Make ready moong dal (soaked 2 hrs before)
- Make ready coconut oil

Steps to make Cherry Curry:
- Boil the cherry with the pre soaked moong dal and a pinch of turmeric powder until done.
- Grind together the shredded coconut with 2 cloves of garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
- Add this ground paste to the dal cherry mixture and cook well till it boils.
- Once cooked..check the seasoning. Add enough salt.
- Once it is seasoned well give it a good thadka.
- For thadka. Heat the pan..add enough coconut oil.splutter the mustard and fenugreek seeds. Add the shallots and 2 cloves of chopped garlic. Now the red chillies and the curry leaves. Stir it nicely and pour it over the curry prepared and give it good stir.
