Steps to make Simple Chicken Curry:
- First wash neatly chicken,then add in 1/4tspturmeric powder,1tspn.. Garamasala,yogurt,ginger garlic paste 2tspn,splited green chilli.marinate it till adding in masala.
- Heat oil in a pan,done tadka add sliced Onion when it turns golden brown add ginger garlic paste cook for 2 min add all spices except kasoori methi cook for a min add chicken cook on high flame for 5 min slow the flame and cook for 10 min with cover.
- Add kasoori methi. Coriander leaves, butter and cook fr 2 min.add 1cup of warm water cook on slow flame 7-8 min.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves. serve hot with roti or rice
