- Boil all the vegetables together in a pressure cooker (potatoes, capsicum, carrots, beans)
- Give it a whisltle.
- Now take a kadai and add butter to it.
- Add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
- Now add sliced onions to it.
- Fry it until it turns golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste.
- Add green chillies to it.
- Saute it for 1 minute.
- Now add tomato puree to it.
- Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
- Add salt as per your taste and mix it well.
- Now add all the boiled vegetables to it.
- Add bhaji masala,cumin masala to it.
- Mix it well.
- You can add water to adjust the consistency of the bhaji.
- Cover it with the lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes again.
- Bhaji is ready.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
