  1. Get chick peas (soak & boil)
  2. Get onions(finely chopped in square shape)

Instructions to make Indian Chola Curry:
  1. Soak chick peas in water with 1 tbsp metha soda for 4 hours or overnight. Strain water, add fresh water and boil them. Never waste the chick peas remaining boil water.
  2. Take oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, curry leaves and green chillies. Fry it for a minute.
  3. Now add onions and saute them.
  4. When onions turns golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and bhonofy it for a while.
  5. Now add salt, Red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, Garam masala powder and bhonofy it for a while. Add tomatoes paste and bhonofy it for 5 minutes or oil comes out.
  6. Take out half oil in a bowl. Then add boil chick peas and chick peas water. Bhonofy it. Add more water if required.
  7. At last add lemon juice and kasori methi. Simmer it for 5 minutes.
  8. Take out curry in a dish. Pour oil(which is take out in a bowl) and garnish it with coriander leaves.
