Instructions to make Sev tomato curry:
- Rinse the tomatoes well. Cut it into small pieces. Grind it into fine paste. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. As it start crackled add cumin seeds.
- Then add asefoetida, ginger chilli paste and sauté.
- Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander seed powder,cumin seed powder stir it well.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add salt,jaggery, chat masala and garam masala. Stir it well.
- Now add approximately 1 to 2 cup of water.
- Once it start boiling switch off the gas add sev garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
