Now add the ground masala and add 1 cup water to adjust consistency. Close the kadai and cook on low to medium flame for 5-7 mins.
- In a small kadai, add 1 tbsp oil add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp chilli powder. Now add the eggs and let it roast to get the golden colour.
- Add this eggs into the gracy and garnish with curry leaves and chopped coriander.
