  2. Add grated(or paste) garlic -ginger.mix it. Saute ti for 1 minute.
  3. Now add chopped onion. Add 1/2 tablespoon salt,1 tablespoon coriander powder,1/2 tablespoon garam masala, turmeric powder and sugar(optional).
  4. Add 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix it. Cook it until the onion becomes golden brown. Add chopped tomato.
  5. Mix it well.Cover it until tomato becomes soft.
  6. Add 1 cup of water. Now add gathiya in the gravy. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
