- Keep the flame low and slowly start adding the whisked yoghurt, keep stirring continously and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add water if needed.
- Add in the salt, kasuri methi and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add pancake pieces. Mix and cover. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes while stirring occassionaly.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
