When I want to eat something filling and flavorful, Thai green curry is high on my list. Tempeh or tempe is a traditional Indonesian soy product, that is made from fermented soybeans. It is made by a natural culturing and controlled fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form. Then mix in the mould and proceed as for the rest of the recipe.

- Grease tempeh with sesame oil and grill tempeh to brown evenly on all sides. Remove, let cool. Dice into 2½ cm pieces and set aside.
