  6. For the Vanilla Layer : to look like Egg Whites : - In a small sauce pan, place milk and sprinkle gelatin on top. Give it a quick stir and let mixture sit for 10 minutes. When 10 minutes is up, turn on heat to low, sugar and salt. Stir and heat until gelatin completely dissolved.
  7. Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla essence. Place the heavy cream. Pour in the milk/gelatin mixture. Give it a quick stir. and keep aside
  8. To Assemble : Remove the Mango puree set from the mold and slowly plate it on the center of the serving plate. then with the help of a spoon pour in the mixture of the Vanilla Base prepared above slowly around the yolk part.to look like egg whites surrounding the egg yolk.
  9. Now set it in the fridge for a while. then remove it again and pour another spoon around the edges in the same way till it looks like egg whites and set it in the fridge.
  10. Now once set voila!!! ur Mango Panna Cotta is ready which looks similar to Fried Eggs or a SUNNY SIDE UP EGGS, a perfect innovation and creation.
