- When the stock evaporates to approximately half of the initial volume, add a tablespoon of breadcrumbs to make a delicious sauce. Leave for about 5 mins before serving. In the meantime put the cheese ravioli into the boiling water. Stir and after 2 min take them out of the water. Serve as soon as possible so the ravioli don’t dry out.
Halve the recipe to make two, one for you and one for your dinner companion. Even the smallest whole turkey is a little too big for two people. Cut the recipe in half to just roast one breast—you'll have plenty for dinner plus more than enough for sandwiches the next day.
