- After that time, your dough has risen and doubled in size.On a dry surface floured place dough, knead into a ball and separate into 16 little balls.Knead the little balls again and place them on a greased pan,cover again for 45mins
- After the time,Your mini balls have risen again.Brush them with egg beaten and place on an already preheated oven bake at 180 degrees for 15-25 mins or until golden brown
