- On other had take a pan on the flame add some oil add some the cumin seeds,onion,green chilli paste mix it uptill the onion clr slightly turn to brownish then add giner garlic paste and low the flame and mix it uptill the oil will seprate from ginger garlic paste.
- Then add tomato purie,salt,turmeric powder,redchilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala,kasturi methhi powder, and mustard fennel,cumin seed paste, and mix it.when oil will separate the add marinated soya chunks and 2 spoon of cream in it and some coriander leves and mix it well.
- Then add some water and low the flame and put a lid on pan for 5 min.Then off the flame and ready to serve.And garnish with cream and fresh coriander leves.
