- Note: if the carrots are sliced into thick or medium cut, you may put it first to cook along with the chicken pieces. You can also use vegetable oil, palm oil or lard as alternative for olive oil.
Add chicken and cook over medium heat until the bottom begins to turn golden. When pasta is cooked, drain and return to pot. Toss with chicken, vegetables, and parmesan cheese over medium.
