- For curd:- Take 1cup curd add chopped onions, boiled potatoes cut in a small piece, chilli powder, cumin powder and black salt.
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker put chopped onions cook for 2 mins.
- Then add chopped potatoes, brinjal, tomato and all the spices.
- Cover the lid and cook up to 3 whistles.
- Vegetable is ready, now make chapati and serve with curd and pickle.
