- Reduce the heat n mix them together.
- Add rice n stir nicely for a while.
- After a while, add water n continue cooking your rice. As the rice is cooking prepare your Guacamole.
- For GUACAMOLE; chop all your ingredients i.e onions, tomatoes n dhania n set aside.
- Clean n cut your avocado into cubes.
- In another bowl, mash your avocado. Add a pinch of salt n lemon juice n mash thoroughly.
- Add onions, tomatoes n dhania n continue mashing till all bond together. Cover it well n put it in the fridge (optional) for few minutes.
- Once your rice is ready, serve it hot with your guacamole.
