- Take Avocado wash it and peel the avocado outer part and take out the pulp then mash the avocado using fork or smasher
- Add salt,jeera,Coriander leaves,ajwain seeds,red chilli powder,green chilli and lemon juice
- Then lastly add wheat flour to the mixture,oil and water to prepare paratha Dough softly as shown in the below figure
- Keep the dough for few minutes then start prepare to roll the paratha using wheat flour for dusting process
- Another side Heat pan then put the rolled paratha as shown in the figure below and when bubbles comes flip the paratha on other side
- At last add oil as per your taste then it's ready to eat with curd
