  4. Remove stem from jalapeno, remove seeds, and place jalapeno halves in the blender.
  5. Chop cilantro and place 1/4 Cup of it pressed down into the blender.
  6. Cut both ends off of onions, clean, chop, and place in blender.
  7. Add minced garlic, cumin, and salt to blender.
  8. Blend just long enough to blend ingredients together. I use a high powered Ninja system with very sharp blades. I'm not sure this would work as well in a regular blender and if so, you may need to blend longer.
  9. Remove guacamole from blender and place in a bowl. Use wire whip for even consistency.
