  5. Cover the bolognese sauce with bechamel sauce
  6. Repeat these steps (sheets-bolognese-bechamel) until you reach the top of the baking dish
  7. Finish with the grated cheese (a lot of it!)
  8. Preheat oven to 180 celsius
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes
  10. Grill for another 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown
