  7. The meat sauce and the white sauce are done.
  8. Make the pasta. Put the flour, egg, salt, and olive oil into a bowl and combine well.
  9. Roll out the dough about 2 mm thick and match the length to the size of the lasagna dish you will be using.
  10. With 100 g of flour you can make about 4 sheets of lasagna noodles.
  11. Put the noodles in boiling water to cook. They will rise to the surface fairly quickly. After 1-2 minutes, remove from the water and place on a paper towel to soak up the moisture.
