  2. Take a pan. Add ghee then add carom seeds. Let it spulter. Then add asofetida.then add some curry leaves.
  3. Then add grinded paste. And mix it well then add salt. Red degi mirch or black pepper. Add water as required.
  4. Cook it properly for 4 mnt then add sugar mix well.
  5. Cook it for another one mnt.switch off the gas. Let it cool down and enjoying it with urs meal

With most of the North Indian snacks green chutney and tamarind. To make peanut tomato chutney use nice ripe tomatoes for best flavor. I have used dried red chilies and some tamarind along with other ingredients. Serve peanut tomato chutney with idli, dosa, rava. ~ Tomato & Peanut Pachadi ~.
