  3. Place a small amount of water in a double boiler as it heats to a low boil in the top pan mix all frosting ingredients on high speed one min. Place over low simmering water and whip till medium stiff peaks, remove from heat and whip 2 more mins.
  4. Put filling between cake layers
  5. Frost and add coconut and or chocolate shavings
  6. Slice and enjoy!
