Boil raw bananas with the skin. Cool it, remove the skin, mash and keep aside. Prepare paneer ; In a vessel take a little oil, add mustard and cumin for tadka. Add finely chopped onions, green chillies and ginger garlic paste.

- To make a kofta, first boil the raw bananas with steam. Then smash it and add peanut powder, black pepper powder, fennel seeds, ginger chilli paste, salt, sugar, breadcrumbs to it. Make kofta and deepfry in hot oil.
- To make the green gravy, add the cinnamon, clove, cashew nuts, almonds, poppy seeds, melon seeds ginger, onion, green chillies and sprinkle some water in a cooker.
