- Boiled the raw banana and potatoes.
- Peel both and mashed it.

- Put mashed banana,potatoes,soaked bread slices,green coriander,chopped green chilli,black pepper,maida,salt and cornflour in a mixing bowl.mix well and make balls with this mixture.
- Heat oil in a wok add balls and deep fry till golden in colour.
- Heat oil in a wok add whole garam masala and saute it,now add tomato onion paste and saute till leave the oil.
- Add spices and saute for 2-3 minutes add kasoori methi,freas cream and some water and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Add fried koftas in a serving bowl add curry and garnish with green coriander.
- Serve with rice/naan/chapati.
