Once melted dip the roll ups in egg mixture and place them seam side down in the pan. Repeat with the rest.Cook for few minutes on each side until it changes to golden brown colour.
- Once done with everything rest in paper towel for couple of minutes. - - In plate mix cinnamon powder and powdered sugar. Roll the toast carefully over this. Top up with dash of maple syrup and serve hot. Yummy Weekend Breakfast ready to serve.
