  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till it is lightly cooked.
  2. Now add in bell peppers and veggies(except lettuce) and toss well. - Cook for 2 minutes to retain the colour and crunch.
  3. Now add in garlic, black pepper powder, oregano and salt and mix well. Drizzle lemon juice and mix well amd switch off the flame.
  4. Assembling of the sandwich - Take focaccia bread and make a horizontal slit in the middle. (You can toast them if you want to)
  5. Now spread the pasta sauce on both sides(halves) and top with the prepared veggie mixture.
  6. Add the cheese slices, sprinkle oregano, drizzle 2-3 drops of mustard sauce and lay the lettuce leaf.
  7. Now cover it with the other half on top and press down.
  8. Microwave for 40 seconds so that the cheese melts.
  9. Serve it immediately to your kids and loved ones with a hot cup of coffee.
