- Dry roast the vermicelli. Keep aside.
- Take a wok heat oil. Add cumin seeds and green chilli. Saute for few seconds.
- Add onion, potato and curry leaves. Mix it well. Cover it with lid. Cook on low medium flame till potato becomes soft.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and black pepper powder. Mix it well. Add roasted sewai. Saute it for a minute.
- Now add 1.5 cup hot water in it. After one boil, turn the flame low. Cook it for 5-6 minutes. Cover it.
- When sewai becomes soft. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.Serve it hot.
