  1. Campurkan bumbu halus, daun sop, perasan jeruk nipis dan yoghurt kedalam wadah yang berisikan potongan ayam, aduk rata, diamkan selama 10-15 menit
  2. Siapkan teflon di atas api sedang, oles dengan mentega
  3. Masukkan ayam yang sudah dibumbui, masak hingga matang, setelah matang, sisihkan
  4. Gunakan teflon yang sama (bekas memasak ayam) untuk menumis bawang bombay dan tomat sampai layu, sisihkan
  5. Siapkan kulit tortilla, isi dengan isian ayam, dan isian bawang serta tomat hijau, gulung memanjang, lipat bagian bawah dan atasnya, agar isian tidak tumpah (seperti melipat risol)
  6. Panggang di atas teflon yang sudah diolesi mentega
  7. Angkat dan sajikan
