- Roll adonan agar menjadi lembaran dengan ukuran +/- 20 cm, buat lembaran setipis mungkin, jangan khawatir sobek yaa
- Panggang di atas teflon dengan api kecil, sembari di bolak balik
- Untuk tortilla yang mau dimakan langsung, sebaiknya dipanggang sampai matang, namun untuk tortilla yang akan digunakan sebagai kulit kebab, sebaiknya dipanggang setengah matang
- Tortilla siap disajikan
