- Pour mixture into your loaf tin and bake for one hour. Fifty minutes for fan ovens. Or until firm to touch and a skewer comes clean after being inserted into the middle of the loaf.
- Remove from the oven and leave for ten minutes before removing from the loaf tin and placing on a wire rack to cool.
Overall, this is a SUPER easy recipe for classic banana bread. I will make it again but I will add a little more sugar to suit. Spray a bread pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour the batter in. This easy banana bread is so quick to put together and tastes out of this world! Although the bread is irresistible straight out of the oven, I find that the banana flavor improves a day after it's made.
