- Place foil or no stick spray on cookie sheet..
- Roll meat ball mixture into a ball..then roll into egg and milk mix and lastly into Panko parmesan mix
- Space them about an inch apart and bake for ten minutes
- Flip them all over and bake for about 5 more or until meat thermometer reads correct temperature
