- In a bowl add flour, yeast, oregano, milk, butter, garlic, sugar, salt, oil and knead well to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 2 hours.
- Prepare garlic butter by mixing together garlic, butter, mixed herbs and salt.
- Take the dough out of the bowl, punch it and roll to form a circle.
- Apply a little garlic butter on half of the circle. Put parmesan cheese over it then cover it with the other half of the dough in shape of an oval.
- Apply more garlic butter on top. Sprinkle red chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
- Bake in an oven for 15 minutes on 180°C until golden.
