Mix well. Add in a quarter cup water n mix again. Taste salt, add if u want more. Now add in some grated cheese and mix. Switch off.
  3. Apply a little margarine on bread if u like, put the potato mix on it, and spread it. Now put the cheese and put in oven for 6-10 mins on 180degrees centigrade.
  4. Sprinkle red chilli powder if u like spicy. Serve with sauce or plain too. Any variation can be done in place of the sweetcorn… I made it this way. Mums style is without the corn.

My favorite cheese on toast is American Cheese sandwiched between two halves of Italian-Bread French Toast. Make your French Toast as usual, only use Italian Bread cut in half length wise.
