  1. Slice your Birote through the side. But don't slice it all the way to the end.
  2. Spread Mayo inside the Birote.
  3. Begin adding: Ham, lettuce, tomatoe, cheeses, and tomatoe inside your Birote.
  4. Pour a little juice from the Jalapeños inside. (Optional)
  5. On the side gather your jalapeños and add some limon and salt over them.
  6. Once your Torta is ready you can eat it along with some Chicharrón as well. ENJOY!!!!
