- Get 1 "piece ginger
- Take 2 Green chilli
- Take 2 tb sp chopped coriander leaves

- Chop coriander leaves, ginger and green chilli. Add paneer and all dry masale. Mash and mix thoroughly.
- Now dip the bread slice in water and squeeze carefully with your hands and remove excess water. Keep stuffing over it and fold like a cylinder and pressing its edges.
- Like wise make all the rolls.
- Heat oil in a karahi and put rolls in the wok and deep fry till golden brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
- Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
