Steps to make Cheesy Bread Pakoda:
- Take a bowl and put besan in it….then add ajwain, dry masalas, coriander leaves,lemon juice and salt and make a batter by adding little water…It should not be thin or too thick.
- Then take 2 bread slices… Put the cheese slice in one bread,and cover it with the other slice of bread
- Then cut the bread….And dip the slice in the besan batter…Coat it from all sides…similarly do the remaining bread…
- Heat oil in a kadhai and when hot add in the coated bread pieces….
- Deep fry them till nicely crisp and brown from both sides….
- Remove it on an absorbent paper….
