  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Slice green peppers
  3. Heat butter in pan until melted
  4. Add green peppers in butter and let them simmer on medium heat until soft.
  5. Pour jiffy boxes into a mixing bowl
  6. Pour cream corn into the jiffy mix
  7. Strain out excess water from the plain corn, then pour corn into jiffy mix.
  8. Mix ingredients until it's creamy
  9. Add melted butter and green peppers into bowl and mix evenly
  10. Empty bowl into 13x9 baking pan (I prefer the glass casserole baking pans)
  11. Once flat in pan, evenly add sour cream to the top of the mixture, (as if your putting frosting on a cake).
  12. Spread cheese on top of sour cream ( I use the whole bag)
  13. Bake for 40 minutes
