  4. Put the cheese slice over the filling.
  5. Cover with another roti.
  6. Press a little.
  7. Add a teaspoon of ghee on a pan and spread it. Over the ghee place prepared quesadilla.
  8. Apply ghee on the top side of the roti as well.
  9. Cover with lid and let the cheese inside the filling,, melt. Keep the flame at medium-low.
  10. Flip carefully and cook on both side.
  11. Remove on plate and cut into 4 parts with the help of pizza cutter.
  12. Serve immediately when its flaky from outside and gooey from inside.
