- Take the dough fermented, deflate, cut the dough in 100gr each piece. Smash the cutted dough, knead it, bowl and reserve in a tray; Repeat the process until finish all the cutted doughs. Varnish all the doughs with the bacon oil, cover the tray and let rest for 1 more hour to grow.
- Heat the oven 155°F - 310 Fahrenheit. Put the trays with the doughs inside the oven for 22 min or when it gets brown on the cover. Draw the the trays with doughs and let them rest for 5 min cover until stay fresh. DONE! :D
