  4. Now add small portion of dry ingredients and fold into wet ingredients
  5. Grease a baking tin by applying butter and flour and put all the batter in tin and bake in preheated oven(180°c) for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  6. Now take out from oven and let it cool
  7. For icing whip the cream till stiff peaks comes and fill it in piping bag
  8. Now put the base into 2 layers. Apply the cream and then apply small portion of all crush and repeat the layer
  9. Now crumb coat the cake
  10. Take small portion of cream in separate containers and mix colours seperatly
  11. Now fix the star nozzle in piping bag and decorate the cake by using different colour
  12. Now decorate the cake with silver pearls and keep it in fridge for 30 minutes and serve

Gently spread cream cheese mixture over cake cubes. Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture in a rainbow pattern. Trim rounded tops off cakes to level, if needed. On serving plate, place purple cake layer. Repeat with blue, green, yellow, orange and red cake layers.
