- Coat the bottom of a non stick skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
- From the mixture, make small patties or tikkis and add to the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown & set, about 3 minutes per side.
- Flip the tikkis.
- Transfer to a serving plate.
- Fry all the tikkis in batches. Be careful to fry the tikkis as they are very delicate to handle.
- Garnish with some green leaves and serve with some sour cream or hung curd.
