- Heat large skillet using medium heat. Using butter, (oil, or cooking spray) scoop batter with ladel, or small measuring cup, pour into skillet. Pick up skillet to turn and ensure batter reaches full size of skillet. (optional) Let cook untill golden on each side. These will turn out as crapes.
- Searving ideas. In middle of pancake add chopped fruit of any kind, (most common is strawberries) and butter. Roll pancake so fruit is inside. Sprinkle powder suger on top with some whiped cream.
