- Boil the water put salt,& 1 tsp oil in it.add all. In it.
- Boil it 2 miniutes,all Gnocchi will float this time.
- Strain the water. Keep it a side.
- In another hot pan add butter,let it hot,put Garlic saute it.
- Add black pepper,boiled tomato pure,stir it.add sugar salt, veniger, cornflower, origeno,let it boil 2 miniutes.
- In a serving plate put Gnocchi,pour sauce in it.sprinkle origeno in it.
- Serve it hot - hot.
The gnocchi weren't as light and fluffy as some I have had but they were kinda easy to make. I think next time I will just use leftover mashed potatoes - the milk and butter in them should lighten up the gnocchi.
